This 40Ton Hydraulic Cutting Press Machine is tailor-made according to the requirements of our Egyptian customers, specially configured for gasket mass production. The rigid four-column design delivers consistent and balanced hydraulic force, which can precisely cut rubber sheets, silicone sheets, non-asbestos sheets and insulating materials into finished sealing gaskets.

The cutting surface is flat and burr-free, perfectly meeting the high production demands of gasket factories in Egypt and the Middle East. We can customize the working table size, travel stroke and safety protection device to fit local production conditions.

Our gasket cutting machine supports customized configuration. We can manufacture fully automatic models to meet clients' individual production needs.

Our factory’s standard worktable sizes for the 40-ton cutting machine in stock include 1220×610mm, 1220×810mm, 1600×500mm,1600×610mm, 1600×710mm and 1600×810mm, which are suitable for fabrics of garment, luggage and non-woven materials with standard widths of 1.2m, 1.5m, 1.6m and 1.8m.
